Each of our original Sicilian family recipes has been passed down for over four generations. We continue to make all of our products by hand at our facility in New Hudson, Michigan without the use of added preservatives or artificial ingredients. These are the same recipes we were raised on and continue to serve to our family and friends.

House Salad Dressing & Great Marinade
Our family's original sweet and tangy salad dressing is an easy way to add flavor to almost anything. This special blend of herbs and spices enhances all your favorite dishes including veggies, poultry, pasta, and even makes a delicious dip for breads & sandwiches. This one of a kind flavor will keep you coming back for more! Gluten, MSG, and HFCS Free.

Pickled Beets
Just like grandma used to make. Our simple recipe of Beets, Sugar, and Vinegar will take you on a trip down memory lane every time. Gluten, MSG, and HFCS Free.

Chunky Apple Sauce

Tuscan Chicken Salad
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 head romaine lettuce
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
½ c Asiago cheese, grated
¼ c toasted pine nuts
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley
1 level Tbsp. minced garlic
1/8 c olive oil
Handful cherry tomatoes


- Preheat oven to 350º
- Saute chicken breasts in olive oil w/ garlic, basil and parsley for approx. 20 min. or until no longer pink in center.
- Cut chicken into ½” strips, set aside.
- Toast pine nuts in oven at 350o
- Rinse, drain and tear romaine leaves
- Add onion, chicken, cheese, pine nuts, cherry tomatoes.
- Finish with Bon-A-Rose House Dressing & Enjoy!
Serves 4

Bon-A-Rose Marinated Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 med. onion sliced
½ red pepper
¼ c minced celery
½ bottle Bon-A-Rose House Dressing & Great Marinade
2 cloves fresh garlic minced
¼ c olive oil


- Put all ingredients in a 13 x 9 baking dish
- Marinate in fridge for 1 hour
- Remove from fridge, drain chicken, reserve marinade
and veggies
- Coat bottom of 10” skillet with ¼ c olive oil
- Simmer chicken in skillet over medium heat 20-30 min.
or until center is no longer pink.
- Add vegetables and marinade - continue to simmer until vegetables are tender - approx. 20 min.
- Serve over pasta or rice. Enjoy!
Serves 4

Tomato Salad
2 garden fresh tomatoes cut into wedges
6 to 8 fresh basil leaves- chopped
1 tsp. of minced garlic
8 slices of thinly sliced red onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. of Bon-A-Rose House Dressing


- Toss all ingredients together in large bowl and enjoy!
Serves 2-4
